You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LER) in the Labor and Employee Relations Branch, Human Capital Management Division, Command Operations Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Duties

You will apply a wide range of human resource management theories, concepts, principles, laws, rules, regulations, precedents, and procedures related to employee and labor relations. You will conduct negotiations to resolve conflicts between labor unions or employees. You will resolve minor complaints and grievances.

• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying a wide range of human resource management theories, concepts, principles, laws, rules, regulations, precedents, and procedures related to employee and labor relations; 2) Conducting negotiations to resolve conflicts between labor unions or employees; and 3) Resolving minor complaints and grievances.
