About the Position: Serves as the United States Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Administrative Officer subject matter expert for all technical and functional issues in support of Troop Command MEDCOM.
Duties
Plans, directs, organizes, and provides the administrative control over employees assigned to HQ MEDCOM Troop Command.
Reviews organization mission functions and manning to ensure proper and efficient use of personnel, money, and supplies.
Follows -up to ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies.
Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- TDY up to 25% of the time.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS 13) which includes; identifies need for changes in priorities and takes action to implement changes, AND performs, oversees, and provides guidance, and authoritative analysis throughout the Command on substantive matters pertaining to resource management, personnel actions, supply, services, and internal command IT help desk support functions.
