Duties
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources office and staff. Assists HR technicians, specialists, and supervisors by performing a variety of administrative functions; including but not limited processing personnel actions, benefits transactions, workman's compensation claims, orientation, exit interviews, reports, correspondence, file maintenance, audits, award certificates, forms, I-9s, etc.

Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience working in a Human Resources Department, Business Office or equivalent. High School Diploma or GED required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely over the phone and to deal with customers. Ability to prioritize tasks, escalating issues if needed. Must have ability to listen and understand information presented, interacting well with others and with a diverse audience. Just be able to maintain confidentiality with the HR department.
