You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MIL) in the MARINE CORPS RECRUITING COMMAND of USMC RECRUITING COMMAND.
Duties
You will perform research and analysis of applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
You will advise management, employees, and/or the public on personnel related matters.
You will resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints.
You will ensure that subordinates are highly trained on specific policies, practices, and procedures.
You will prepare analytical reports to convey basic personnel information.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing routine personnel management functions in assigned areas, develop methods to improve production or increase the quality of work directed, supervising and distributing incoming workload, having knowledge of the organizational structure , and make decisions on the appropriate course of action to choose.
