Duties
You will work under close supervision until all facets of the position are learned.
You will perform more complicated routine assignments under close supervision of the supervisor or Senior Management and Program Analyst
You will receive instruction on what to do, the methods to use, what to look for, and what to bring to the attention of the supervisor or Senior Management and Program Analyst.
You will be provided detailed and specific instructions for developmental tasks and tasks involving the use of unfamiliar formats, methods, and procedures.
You will refer all unusual or controversial issues to the supervisor or Senior Management and Program Analyst.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with administrative functions and assisting with duties such as preparing presentations, briefings, and/or special projects. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Applying knowledge of pertinent laws, policies, and precedents, major issues, program goals, and work processes to support management's philosophy and requirements of the organization;2) Assisting in developing, creating, and preparing management manpower reports;3) Reviewing and evaluating documents for accuracy;4) Providing manpower and workforce management support to civilian and military personnel to improve and maintain an efficient organization.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
1 full year of graduate level education, such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
OR
A bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement
OR
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
