You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Analytics and Monitoring Division of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.
Duties
You will provide analytical, evaluate and advisory support to management on the effectiveness and efficiency of a variety of organizational functions.
You will analyze data to determine statistical trends, projections and cause and effect to make recommendations regarding modifications to operational processes or procedures to improve operations.
You will apply a broad range of operations research, statistics, mathematics, modeling and data science to develop predictive analytics to assist management in decision making.
You will conduct studies and translate data, process and or product life-cycle information utilizing graphical representation to communicate strengths, weakness, capabilities and limitations.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting management studies to statistical trends, projections and cause and effect; 2) Utilizing various analytical mathematical, statistical, programming and empirical practices to develop predictive analytics to assist in decision making; 3) Providing advice and assistance to support innovation and business intelligence with respect to data visualization, data analysis, management capabilities, organizational capacity and enterprise analytics; and 4) Utilizes visualization techniques to identify patters, trends and outliers in large data sets.
