DCSA's DOD Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC) is seeking an Assessment Team Member in support of the Chief, Assessments and Professionalization (A&P). In this role you will provide broad program management, strategic guidance, support, and support the DoD insider threat (InT) assessment mission within the DITMAC. This is an excellent opportunity for those with extensive knowledge of National Insider Threat programs, CI programs, and programming & budgeting system.
Duties
As an INSIDER THREAT ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:
-Develops, implements, and perform insider threat program evaluation (inspection and evaluations) assessments.
-Develops recommendations necessary to correct deficiencies and improve functions. Reviews, edits, and consolidates of finding and recommendation.
-Develop and plan assessment cycle for DoD Component complaint assessment (inspections and evaluations)
-Develop and implement inspection and evaluation programs to DoD Component Staff and subordinate organizations of programs and policies to remain in compliance with established guidance
-Prepares and supervises the writing of reports of assessments highlighting areas of major concerns which require management emphasis. Follows up with components on findings and recommendations.
-Supports the objectives and milestones for the assessments program, enable and implement corrective program actions

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility.
Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience.
Specialized experience for this position includes: Extensive knowledge of National Insider Threat programs, policies and efforts, counterintelligence programs and associated policies, security programs, associated policies and constitutional provisions, laws, Executive Orders, regulations and other directives relevant to Insider Threat Program Minimum Standards and program Maturity Framework.
Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
1. Compliance Inspection - Knowledge of the guidelines, regulations, and procedures associated with compliance inquiries, including application of compliance rules and criteria and ability to make appropriate decisions and issue citations, fines, or orders.

3. Planning and Evaluating - Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resource requirements; determines short- or long-term goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinates with other organizations or parts of the organization to accomplish goals; monitors progress and evaluates outcomes.
4. Writing - Recognizes or uses correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling; communicates information (for example, facts, ideas, or messages) in a succinct and organized manner; produces written information, which may include technical material that is appropriate for the intended audience.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
