Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) mission is to lead the DoD in finance and accounting by ensuring the delivery of efficient, exceptional quality pay and financial information.

Duties
Re-evaluate the already identified Task Assets (TAs), Task Critical Asset (TCAs), and Defense Critical Assets (DCAs), and new Mission Essential Functions (MEFs), triennially for possible inclusion or status change as a TCA or DCA.
Supports the development of Defense Critical Infrastructure identification, prioritization, protection, education, and training.
Collaborate with external partners and promote information-sharing with the Military Services, DoD Components, federal departments and agencies, state and local, and other Defense Critical Information (DCI) Line of Effort Analysts and Managers.
Assisting with the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all phases of the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) for DFAS and other associated DoD partners.
Synchronize the Mission Assurance (MA) related security and protection programs and efforts responsible for the identification of critical assets.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-11) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required.
Specialized Experience Is Defined As:
Identifying critical financial infrastructure at risk. Participating in studies or projects to enhance critical infrastructure programs, while mitigate risks. Providing critical infrastructure program outreach, education, AND awareness to internal AND/OR external customers.
