You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) Program of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.
Duties
You will assign work based on priorities, task difficulty and the capabilities of employees.
You will plan, administer, provide oversight and guidance, and develop and manages overall work of the office.
You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/alternative dispute resolution
You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives
You will communicate complex concepts in both the written and spoken word to effectively relate to senior level decision-makers.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as an Equal Employment Opportunity EEO Program Manager specializing on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government Military Equal Opportunity (MEO) and Prohibited Activities and Conduct (PAC) policies providing advice, guidance and interpretation to supported commands throughout the lifecycle of a complaint preventing discrimination and harassment ensuring equal opportunity for all personnel.
