About the Position: This is a Program Analyst, GS-0343-12 position for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, Operations Division, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Duties
Serve as Program Analyst with financial management and control of responsibilities in Operations Division.
Review automated data systems to verify civil works programs progress.
Prepare reports for management on obligations, expenditures, or schedules changes for assigned projects.
Assist Team Leader in planning the overall work and organization of the Management Support Unit, ensuring an efficient, responsible and effective operation.
Track project funding levels using automated financial systems to report to project manager.
Requirements

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Analyzing programs to ensure project objectives are being met; AND 2) Preparing program budgets for an office. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
