About the Position: This is a Supervisory Program Analyst position with the US Army Corps of Engineer, Tulsa Operations Division, Management Support Unit with a duty location of Tulsa, OK.
Duties
Serves as Senior Program Analyst with overall financial management and control of Operations and Maintenance , Flood Control and Coastal Emergencies, and other special funding for Operations Division.
Functions as the senior policy advisor to the Chief, Operations Division on all budget related matters.
Develops plans and objectives for assigned Operation and Maintenance Program.
Represents the Operations Division management in presenting and supporting the Operations and Management program and budget justification at meetings and conferences.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing the operating budget program to ensure the regulations for policies and guidance are followed; AND (2) Analyzing program and project funding data to identify problems with appropriations; AND (3) Managing the development of Supervisory and Accounts to ensure the distribution of revenue program funds.
