This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for STRL Mission Support Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Management Analyst at the US Army Space & Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Duties

Conduct program analysis regarding data generated from computer software-based applications. Research regulations to ensure proper procedures are being followed throughout the organization. Ensure adequate levels of manpower and funding are available to accomplish organizational missions. Organize work among personnel to ensure organizational deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must obtain and/or maintain a secret security clearance.
• Temporary Duty (TDY) 10% travel is required.

Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the DE-02 level in the Federal Service which includes 1). Conduct analyses to ensure sufficient manpower and funding is available to support organizational missions; 2) Process requests for personnel actions in accordance with data derived from the organizational table of distribution and allowances; 3) Perform research regarding program development and administration to ensure regulatory compliance with organizational procedures.
