About the Position: This position is with RM Information Management and located at Tripler Army Medical Center campus, which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. A locality rate of 21.79% has been authorized for Hawaii. A cost of living allowance has been authorized for Hawaii at the rate of 8.90% (subject to change).

Duties

Administer system(s) connectivity to other enterprise systems when interfaces are implemented. Execute the organization's end user device (IT) replacement program, ensuring the life-cycle management and replacement of IT equipment. Oversees the team that fulfills customer requirements for commercial software and minor IT. Resolve network, software, and other system anomalies impacting clinical system. Ensure that each investment is sound, fits within the Enterprise Architecture and infrastructure, and is sustainable.

Identify deficiencies in contract delivery and formulate corrective plans of action.
