You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST within the Transportation & Distribution (T&D) Directorate of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties

You will serve as the central point of contact for all operating budget matters for the Directorate, including formulating budget requirements based on program, functional, workload, and historical trends and changes. You will coordinate with other Commands to ensure funding is accurately distributed and documented. You will serve as a Government Purchase Card Certifiying Official by reviewing, approving, and reconciling all purchase card transactions. You will provide support for personnel related programs and initiatives, serving as the Command manpower coordinator and HRO liaison by developing policies and procedures for personnel resource management. You will use automated personnel systems to accurately input, document, verify, troubleshoot, and forward personnel actions. You will oversee facilities management and the execution of recurring preventative and emergency facilities services for NAVSUP WSS real property.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of budget tracking to coordinate requirements across multiple codes; 2) Analyzing budget requirements, determining reasonable requests, and tracking and reporting budget trends; 3) Working knowledge of manpower requirements, position management, and/or personnel related programs, including policies and procedures for personnel resource management; 4) Utilizing the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to organize and track personnel actions; and 5) Applying qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of administrative functions, work processes, personnel utilization, and policy implementation.
