The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Program Analyst in the Plans and Integration Branch.
The organizational location of this position is: 16th Air Force, 616 Air Support Squadron (616 ASUS), Logistics Plans & Programs (LGX), JBSA-Lackland AFB, TX

Duties
1. Responsible for the review, evaluation, coordination, and approval process of MOUs, MOAs, and SAs.
2. Directs, coordinates, and oversees programming/project/workload activities. Develops logistics inputs, plans, and related documents in support of C-NAF staff/enterprise initiatives and mission requirements.
3. Provides logistics planning/management and execution expertise to meeting organization requirements.
4. Prepares and delivers briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned programs.

Qualifications
This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices regarding theories and principles of support planning and execution. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Knowledge of contractual processes, procedures, and technical requirements and knowledge of command organizational structure and its supporting elements and programs, missions, policies, goals, and philosophies.
2. Knowledge of process improvement techniques such as benchmarking, metric/statistical analysis, and process flow charting.
3. Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to a broad range of functional areas.
4. Skill to develop innovative and feasible solutions to complex issues in which the boundaries are broad and difficult to determine in advance.
5. Ability to integrate and coordinate multiple and related missions, functions, subjects, issues, and situations across echelons to present and recommend solutions in a logical, cohesive format.
6. Ability to plan and organize studies or projects and to negotiate effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations, where proposals involve substantial resources, and require extensive changes in established concepts and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
OTHER SIGNIFICANT FACTS PERTAINING TO THIS POSITION:
Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
