About the Position: Serves as the Supervisory Management Analyst for the Manpower and Force Structure Division, G-3, Headquarters US Army Criminal Investigation Division Command (HQUSACIDC).
Duties
Provide responsibility for all facets of planning, organizing, developing, and implementing USACIDC's manpower and force development activities.
Apply manpower management administration skills to ensure that personnel and fiscal resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to provide the highest quality management consistent with Command, DA and DOD standards and practices.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date Tables of Distributions and Allowances (TDA) and Modified Tables of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) from which manpower performance, hiring and budgetary controls may be assessed and trends projected.
Chair or attend meetings with key staff officials and subordinate organization representatives concerning manpower issues and/or ongoing studies, analyses and recommendations.
As Division Chief, supervises multiple GS-13 senior management analysts.
Exercise significant responsibility for advising senior officials within and outside the Command on manpower and force utilization.
Requirements

Information Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).
- In accordance with AR 600-50, incumbent is required to file on a yearly basis a Statement of Employee and Financial Interest (DD Form 1555) and SF-450 Confidential Financial Disclosure.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: implement manpower and force development activities within the command; ensure that personnel and fiscal resources are utilized effectively and efficiently; utilize data systems as they pertain to manpower, financial, and information management; and perform the full range of supervisory duties over personnel within the unit. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13). Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and minimum qualification requirements prescribed by OPM within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
