You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Department of the Naval Oceanography Operations Command of NAVAL OCEANOGRAPHY OPERATIONS COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide analytical, evaluative, and technical advice, guidance, and consultation services on administrative management matters.
You will develop and maintain command Managers’ Internal Control program guidance and annual assessable unit review schedules.
You will provide guidance on and management of all office administrative process.
You will compile Ethics reports and submit to higher headquarters.
You will manage, track, review, and submit fitness reports and evaluations for all command military.
You will serve as the commanding officer’s advisor and direct representative in matters pertaining to the security of classified information held at the command.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Developing new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals, or objectives.
Conducting studies of employee/organizational efficiency and productivity and recommend changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures.
Utilizing qualitative and quantitative program evaluation and measurement techniques to determine the extent of compliance with rules and regulations, analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of an administrative and technical programs.
Performing a wide variety of analytical studies and projects related to management improvement, management controls and method improvement.
Developing manuals and directives covering administrative aspects of operations.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Planning, organizing, and conducting activities, essential to the achievement of program and organizational objectives.
Evaluating and advising on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation.
Identifying data required for use in the management and direction of programs.
Reviewing administrative audit and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective action.
