About the Position: The Supervisory Work Order Analyst position is located with the Directorate of Public Works, Work Management Branch at Fort Riley, KS.

Duties

Responsible for the overall management of individual job orders assigned to the Directorate of Public Works. Prepare, review, and/or maintain a prioritized listing of projects to be accomplished during the fiscal year. Manages the individual job order program by recording, tracking, reporting and analyzing all projects in the areas of maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration of the installation’s facilities and equipment. Receive customer inquiries, complaints, and provide the solution and/or response to these inquiries.

  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315
  • This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one-year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Business Administration or Organization Management. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
