Duties

Execute and manage the full range of NTV Fleet Management for GSA leased and Army Owned vehicles. Screen trip itineraries to verify compliance with Defense Region (DTA4) contract, Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Reconcile organizations Centrally Billed Account with submission to applicable DFAS for payment. Perform Government Passports Acceptance Agent duties to accepts Passport/VISA applications and administer oaths. Administer all functions of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program. Responsible for the Acquisition and disposal of NTV Fleet Vehicles, through the annual customer acquisition module. Perform the duties of the Government Purchase CardHolder (GPC) for the transportation division.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier3 Secret Security Clearance.
• Temporary duty travel of 25% may be required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
