Duties
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your knowledge of and experience with the Program Support Center to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Providing the Regional Account Manager (RAM) with administrative and clerical duties supporting multiple facility and facility related functions.
Capturing, reporting and tracking facility Operations & Maintenance (O&M) issues.
Tracking issues and follow up with customers, when necessary, distributes facility-related information such as rent distribution, occupancy agreements, space policies, building-related items,
and, etc.
Supporting the RAM and other identified stakeholders with Safety and Health activities such as: scheduling inspections by Federal Occupational Health (FOH) and others; communications related to health/safety checklists and products; maintenance of safety reports/data sheets/etc.; providing information to GSA and others.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service performing at least 2 of the 3 following:
1. Providing administrative support services.
2. Analyzing administrative and operating operations pertaining to facility maintenance.
3. Making recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organization operations.
