This position is located in the Office of Defense Programs (NA-10) and reports to the Production Support Division (NA-121.2) organization. The incumbent serves as a resident program analyst for organizations with program, budget, cost, funding, and contractual activities; and is responsible for providing wide-ranging multi-program management support and senior level program analysis expertise within the NA-10's program of record.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., EN-03, GS-13. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:Must Meet 3 out 4 Specialized Experience:
1. Experience managing and/or overseeing federal programs/projects.
2. Manage and evaluate weapon policies and productionprogram objectives programs to include developing strategic planning, programmatic alignments, budget justifications and/or long range budget estimates for weapons and production programs.
3. Communicate complex topics and programs top areas to senior government officials.
4. Experience with the management of modeling.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
