You will serve as a COLLECTION PLANNER of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will build and coordinate the ISR collection plan to meet CDRUSINDOPACOM All-Domain Integrated Joint Fires Center (IJFC) requirements.
You will provide the framework to prioritize ISR collection against priority, opportunity, and high-value dynamic targets.
You will support a team comprised of all-domain subject matter experts from across the Joint Force in the planning of integrated Joint Fires plans supporting command operations.
You will maximize Joint unity of effort through developing, publishing, and updating Joint ISR collection plans in alignment with the Commander’s intent and priorities of effort.
You will provide technical advice and administrative guidance regarding policies, procedures, and problem resolution for ISR activities.
You will ensure work products meet planning objectives and policy compliance.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience demonstrates performing duties such as the following:
Having expert knowledge of Joint Fires planning, policies, processes and procedures along with demonstrated experience in Joint Targeting Cycle planning, execution, and assessment;
Possessing expert knowledge of and experience with Joint Campaign, Contingency, and Crisis Action Planning processes and procedures and ability to develop and assess new policies, processes and procedures;
Negotiating effectively with management to accept and implement recommendations for command positions on extremely sensitive, highly classified and vitally important capabilities;
Planning, organizing, and leading others in comprehensive studies or projects and preparing accurate, technically sound recommendations; and
Having advanced skills using Microsoft suite of office software and Sharepoint.
