You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Planning, Design & Construction Directorate (PDC) of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.

Duties

You will manage financial resources for major programs. You will stratify resources against approved programs to plan, present and execute budges. You will analyze budge impacts on programs, and forecast long-term funding requirements.

• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working with a diverse group of stakeholders in the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of programs; 2) Interpreting and evaluating policy, procedures, laws, and regulations; and 3) Reviewing projects to ensure that effects are considered in project planning and decision-making.
