These positions are located in the Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection, Consumer and Community Affairs Branch of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and support the mission of Community Affairs and the regional business plans.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. CG-07: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 06 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience using word processing and database software to produce written materials, organize materials for training or outreach events, and respond to telephone inquiries.
CG-08: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 07 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience using word processing and database software to produce written materials, conducting research to create reports for management, and organizing materials for outreach or training events.
CG-09: To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 08 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience using word processing and database software to produce written materials, conducting research to create reports for management, organizing materials for outreach or training events, and participating in the delivery of training sessions for outreach or training events.
