You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN for the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND at CSFE FT LENWD.

Duties

You will use a database or spreadsheet software to enter, revise, sort, calculate, or retrieve data for supply reports. You will respond to customer requests for supply service and support. You will maintain files and recordkeeping according to established supply practices, policies, and procedures. You will prepare reports to inform management of supply inventory or supply orders

• This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet; 2) Maintaining and working with the Defense Property Accountability System; and familiar with regulations and guidelines for receipt, storage, issuance, and disposition of supplies and materials along with Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss; 3) Utilizing the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) Program, and related experience navigating and interpreting reports within the Citi Direct Program Audit Tool (PAT) and Electronic Access System (EAS) Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
