You will serve as a Ceremonial Drill Master Specialist in the Ceremonial guard of US NAVY CEREMONIAL GUARD.

Duties
You will brief others on ceremony program and protocol.
You will coordinate with activities to schedule education and training.
You will assess job qualification requirements to identify employee training or certification needs.
You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative practices.
You will train new Sailors on military ceremonial drill movements and uniform preparation.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing expert knowledge of all aspects of military drill, i.e. rifle manual of arms, parade pass-in-review and all others; (2) Performing military drill and ceremony such as experience obtained through performance as a drill instructor or drill sergeant, or non-commissioned officer E-7 or above; (3) Applying comprehensive knowledge of naval drill, ceremonies, and customs, including the laws, policies, regulations, and historical precedents that govern the conduct of high-level ceremonies; (4) Developing innovative and effective training plans that impact the entire command and Navy-wide ceremonial activities; (5) Developing training SOPs, instructions, and policy guidance for use at command and organizational levels.
