You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. Duties

You will plan and perform a variety of administrative and program management functions. You will provide services such as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel. You will identify, compile, extract, interpret, integrate, evaluate and apply information from a wide variety of sources. You will perform management and measurement assignments, report findings, draw conclusions, and solve an array of administrative and management/program analysis problems. You will prepare and review administrative/program guidance, reports, letters, memos and forms.

Qualifications

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support which includes office budgeting, property management, arranging travel, data processing and files management, time and attendance issues; and Providing support with report writing and submitting entries into databases. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing administrative support to include supporting personnel with data processing, records management, and travel arrangements. GS-09 Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree

or

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

or

LL.B. or J.D., if related

GS-07 Education: 1 full year of graduate level education

or

superior academic achievement.
