Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will be in a non-pay status for 1 pay period (2 weeks) from approximately 10/27-11/9.

Duties
Performs as a work leader. Passes on to other workers the instructions received from the supervisor by assigning daily tasks to individuals of the work group.
Demonstrates proper work methods and works along with others to set a work pace. Ensures all necessary plans, materials, supplies, equipment and tools are available when needed.
Oversees and performs work such as cleaning and disinfecting restroom facilities, sinks, toilets, floors, walls and ceilings.
Reports progress and delays to supervisor and on overall operations and problems. Ensure assigned staff are knowledgeable of operational leadership and they follow all safety and housekeeping rules.
Assures FMSS daily work reports are correct prior to submittal to the Park Asset Manager.
Serves as the primary purchasing agent for all micro purchases supporting the multiple functions of the Division of Facility Management.
