Duties

You will serve as the technical expert lead for the application development and support team and has both management and technical roles. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems throughout the entire systems development life cycle. You will review existing software code, develops, and reviews new code to provide daily support or enhancements to critical Manpower applications. You will be responsible for participating in source selection boards and review development proposals.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: knowledge of advanced IT application development principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to develop and interpret policies, procedures and strategies governing the planning and delivery of software applications and services throughout the USMC. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
