About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Planning Analysis and Integration Division, in the Deputy Chief of Staff for Resource Management (DCSRM), Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM), Sustainment Center of Excellence (SCOE). Exercises freedom of action within the framework of broadly defined objectives, priorities and policies, and provides management and technical direction to the DCSRM.
Duties
Prepare, submit, brief, and defend Program Objective Memorandum (POM) issues annually.
Provide guidance to leadership on resourcing strategies.
Use data analytics and visualization to provide leadership the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Conduct special projects to define resourcing requirements and shortfalls including funding, manpower, equipment and supplies, and etc.
Conducting/overseeing analyses
Knowledge of Programming, Planning, Budgeting, ad Execution (PPBE)

Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Financial Certification (FM) level 3 within two years and otherwise be deemed qualified by the selecting official.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 20% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience such as researching, evaluating, and formulating plans, policies, programs, strategies and courses of action for the Army Sustainment Command, providing advice and counsel to senior leadership regarding resourcing processes, knowledge of planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
