You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the TECHNICAL DIVISION (SP20) / REENTRY SYSTEMS BRANCH (SP28) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
Duties
You will serve as senior staff analyst, evaluator, or advisor to management on the effectiveness and efficiency with which agencies and their components carry out their assigned programs and functions.
You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative.
You will serve as senior staff analyst, evaluator, or advisor to management on the effectiveness of contractors to financially execute their contracts.
You will manage project activities, progress, and scheduling to ensure successful performance. Focus is on contract management including supporting contract pre-award fact finding and post-award performance.
You will provide complex substantive management support services in key agency program areas for cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, or development.

- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Pre-award and/or post-award contract experience with DOD Acquisitions programs/systems.
