You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS.
Duties
You will be responsible for accomplishing facets of the Navy Enlisted Reclassification program to include security clearance determination, suitability screening, CeTARS person event reporting, avail submissions, order writing, and quota execution.
You will approve rating entry waivers and staff higher level waivers requests to ensure optimal use of resources to meet Talent Management philosophy.
You will prepare briefs, point papers, information papers, reports, and correspondence relevant to the status or progress of reclassification issues.
You will conduct analyses to identify risks in the accession training flow, develop and employ risk mitigation and enforcement strategies, and track resolution initiatives to resolve student flow issues.
You will assign work to reclassification personnel and provide input to supervisor on the performance of assigned personnel.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on reclassification, quota management and student management; 2) Monitoring flow of military students through the accession and initial training process; 3) Implementing accession plans, end-strength, community management and distribution policies and procedures; and 4) Identifying resources requirements to implement enlisted supply chain and accession programs.
