This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Position is located at Fort Gregg-Adams, VA.
Duties
Managing all efforts associated with training content development and user adoption requirements and/or change requests within one or more Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Leading the team for configuring, managing and monitoring user adoption and training documentation for both the SAP and non-Sap applications.
Advising the customer concerning ERP technical user adoption and training development while leveraging industry tools to include but not limited to SAP Enable Now, uPerform, Adobe Captivate and Assima Train.
Coordinating risk mitigation, issuing action plans, and escalation plans as needed.
Validating all appropriate training documentation is generated accurately for work package approval by internal CM/QA processes, the customer, and various review Boards.
Managing and analyzing service level metrics to support decision-making, service delivery performance, and process improvement.
Supporting the resolution of cross-ERP / cross-functional integration issues within sustainment and development efforts.
Providing input on resource workload, skills mix, and work location.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- One year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Engineering and Technical Management certification within 36 months as of entrance on duty.
- Position requires a Secret security clearance or the incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.
- This position requires pre-employment financial disclosure and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
- Commensurate with mission requirements, the incumbent can be required to work irregular duty hours to include working nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. To qualify you must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled:

AND
Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:1) Developing and/or executing training plans or training development in support of software implementation of Systems Application and Products (SAP) that may include, but not limited to: ECC, SCM, BW, PI, Enterprise Portal, and HANA; 2) Leading a team of ERP/SAP experts to meet cost, schedule, and/or performance objectives; and 3) Coordinating with Enterprise Architects and Business Analyst across all ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) to identify business requirements of how the systems should perform and be architected over time. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02/GS-11).
