You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Navy University Affiliated Research Center (UARC) Office, SEA 00U of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.

Duties

You will serve as the focal point for compiling, reviewing, processing, and monitoring all documentation required to place task orders on contract to the Navy University Affiliated Research Centers (UARCs) from numerous Task Sponsors. You will provide support to UARC Office Deputy Director to review, update, approve and implement internal plans, procedures, guidance, projections, schedules, budgets, and metrics used to execute and provide oversight of the Navy UARCs tasking. You will provide long range planning and coordination of all organizations involved in processing Navy UARC tasking within the scope of assigned areas. You will exercise significant judgment and experience to establish priorities, resolve issues, and report status. You will establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate processing UARC tasking for award on contract. You will maintain data on UARC tasking within your assigned areas and develop program reporting to inform the UARC Office Deputy Director and other organizations of the current status of tasking. You will lead and execute studies, surveys, reviews, and/or projects to evaluate program status, accomplishments, effectiveness, and/or compliance with meeting specific goals, objectives, rules, and regulations.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) or grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing data metrics (i.e., contractual, financial, or resources) to improve a business operations reporting system.
