Duties
Duty 1:
Assist the senior lead program manager in the identification and defining the information and intelligence requirements of specific technical, training, exercise and support areas for different subprograms and projects. Prepares budget projections for operational support and capabilitie11 for specific projects
Duty 2:
Re11earchcs. identifies, and analyzes program requirements and problems for projected and planned program and operations. Assist m the development, coordination and staffing strategic requirements document.
Duty 3:
Plans, Prepares, and conducts analysis to facilitate completion of long-range planning documents. Develops all aspects of the functional area's operational support and capabilities. Serves as liaison and PRA representatives with other government agencies, program partners, and constituents to foster the program's requirements.

- All new DCIPS employees are required to complete a two-year DCIPS trial period.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (continued)

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.

This is a GG-12 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-12 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-12 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include: Apply principles, concepts and methodology of specialized course materials and instructional techniques to independently plan and conduct programmed training courses. Serves as a team leader to evaluate, discuss, test and validate instructional methods and materials. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge and understanding of operational Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape (SERE) tactics, techniques, and procedures
Knowledge of customers' unit personnel, capabilities, and their tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Knowledge of Personnel Recovery or joint tactics, techniques, and procedures th.it support the tasks to locate, communicate, support, recover and reintegration.
Knowledge of national-level capabilities in support of PR operations.
Knowledge of organization, roles, functions of the Joint Chief of Staff. Theater, Combatant Command, US Special Operations Command, and the interagency community.
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex Code of Conduct related research, training and operational outcomes into finished products and policy documents on behalf of the Executive Agent.
Ability to conduct research, analysis and to develop reports with assessments of mission requirements that can be used to devise solutions to identified problem areas associated with projects or program.
Knowledge of common budgetary practices, procedures, regulations, precedents, and guidelines.
Ability to communicate orally and mastery of written English and technical writing skills.
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week
