Duties
You will manage the in-depth analyses of contractor integrated cost, schedule and management control systems as weel as surveillance of contractor's earned value management systems.
You will plan, organize, and direct the efforts of a team of Earned Value analysts engaged in collecting, documenting, and analyzing miscellaneous technical data to determine the effectiveness of the contractors' cost production management.
You will establish and issue directives and policies for the surveillance and evaluation of the contractors' management control systems, procedures and operations for compliance with Earned Value Management Systems and schedule processes.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: "Managing earned value management surveillance and analysis to measure contractor performance and reporting effectively."
