Expert knowledge of and skill in managing Federal travel rules, regulations, and procedures; expert knowledge and skill in managing the government purchase card program and procurement related rules, regulations, and procedures; and skill in managing space allocation, facility repair, maintenance, and construction.

Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/pay band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
