Duties

Knowledge of the principles and practices of budget administration and analysis; including preparing, justifying, reporting on, and executing the budget. Provides interpretation, advice and recommendation on force management, civilian personnel administration, travel voucher and purchase card processing. Establishes program objectives weighing degree of urgency against schedules and funding and resolves conflicts between competitive requirements and resources. Prepares budget execution actions for all fund transfers and the monitoring of current year commitments, obligations and disbursements.

Qualifications

About the Position: This is a DoD Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position in the NH-03 broadband with an advertised pay range from the lowest equivalent GS-12 grade Step 1 to the highest equivalent GS-13 grade step 10 in the broadband. This position is covered by control points to account for variances in position responsibilities within the broadband. The Control Point for this position NH-03 Lead Program Analyst is $99,200 to $153,354 including locality at the rate of 33.26%. Management will set the selectee's pay for this position within the control point salary range consistent with the qualifications and education of the selectee and the expected contribution for the position.
