About the Position: Serves as the Training Support/Program Assistant, coordinating and providing administrative, logistical, and technical support by serving as principal point of contact for Government Purchase and Travel Cards of the Director, Logistics and Resource Management, NCO Leadership and Center of Excellence (NCOLCOE) and Sergeant Majors Academy.

Duties

Monitor account holder information, viewing transaction details on accounts, monitoring delinquent accounts and generating reports to monitor the travel card program. Coordinate and provides administrative, logistical, and technical support by serving as the principal point of contact for Government Purchase and Travel Cards. Serve as the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (A/OPC or APC) responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Government travel card program. Serve as the subject matter expert for reviewing Defense Travel System authorizations Assigned as a Government Purchase Card holder.
