You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Contracts Department, eBusiness & Administration Support Branch of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND.
Duties
You will monitor the develpment, coordination, evaluation and implementation of administrative programs as the programs relate to the optimum functioning of the organization.
You will conduct studies and analyze findings on operating programs.
You will gather and evaluate information and data about assigned programs by monitoring reporting systems and conducting surveys, reviews, projects or audits.
You will identify procedural problems in program operations, using quantitative or qualitative methods.
You will develop new standard procedures, directives, instructions and regulations.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting surveys, projects or audits on operating programs and analyzing findings, preparing performance reports and monitoring the development, coordination, evaluation and implementation of administrative programs.

Education

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
