You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level or equivalent performing duties such as: Reviewing and evaluating a budget program's performance for improvements; Advising managers on strategic planning of agency-wide financial programs; Performing data analysis for financial information reports on performance objectives and goals; Identifying and analyzing budget requirements; Serving as an advisor to management on matters related to an organization's budget and program requirements.
