This position is part of the Office of International Affairs, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will facilitate the effective filling of vacancies, coordinating between assigned offices and DOE's Office of Human Resources (HR). The incumbent will submit the Requests to Fill and
coordinate with HR on any needed revisions and/or clarifications to resolve processing,
recruitment, reporting, and other staffing issues.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting two of the following:
Assessing human resources activities, such as hiring and talent acquisition, and workforce competency within an organization to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Collaborating with the human resources department to initiate requests to fill vacant positions and address any concerns related to hiring and other staffing-related matters.
Communicating with key stakeholders for accomplishment of project objectives to produce reliable findings and within budget.
"Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

CTAP/ICTAP candidates: To be considered "well qualified" you must (1) meet all of the requirements as described in this section; and 2) be rated "well-qualified", which is defined as having a score of 85 or better.
