Duties
You will provide financial management advice and guidance regarding financial regulations, policies and procedures.
You will assist in managing the budget and communicates appropriate strategies to achieve division goals related to resources.
You will assist in budget formulation, development, execution assistance, data call coordination efforts, consolidation, forecasting, analysis, and detailed financial reporting.
You will serve as division level administrative officer responsible for processing and tracking all personnel actions.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a Financial Management Level 1 certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Analyzing problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) Planning and organizing work; and 3) Communicating effectively orally and in writing.

Education
In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
