About the Position: This position is located at Rosslyn, Virginia. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Student Loan repayment may be authorized.

Duties

Responsible for management of cost, schedule, and performance of Military Health Systems Acquisition Programs within the Defense Health Agency, Program Executive Office or Program Management Office. Plans, analyzes, and reviews major programs associated with the acquisition of capabilities involving information technology, services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, facilities, etc., within the Military Health System (MHS). Conducts pre-implementation evaluations of existing systems to determine cost, configuration compliance, performance, adequacy, and assess potential problems. Receives and evaluates contractors' deliverables, formulates and coordinates Statements of Work, subtasks, and participates in contractors' In Process Reviews. Exercises the full range of supervisory authority in regard to assignment of projects and tasks.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access. A pre-employment and recurring comprehensive background investigations are required.
• This position is a Testing Designated Position subject to pre-employment screening and random drug testing. Selectees will be required to consent to participation in random drug urinalysis testing.
• This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
• This is a Critical Acquisition Position/Key Leadership Position. Incumbent must execute a 4-year tenure agreement.
• Advanced: This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program management certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty
