You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the LOGISTICS PRODUCT DATA DIVISION, AVIATION READINESS & RESOURCE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will supervise, mentor, and guide a technical workforce specializing in creating, reviewing, and managing technical data packages, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and editing engineering/technical data. You will provide coaching and professional development opportunities along with providing constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills, and career growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation, review, and revisions of Technical Data Management. You will provide financial and technical management of the Technical Data Package Lifecycle Management Team.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Performing in a leadership, manager or coordinator role requiring the acquisition, assignment and management of resources; 2) Planning, implementing and managing a comprehensive, affordable and effective support strategy (processes and procedures) for Technical Data Management; 3) Providing technical direction, analyzing alternatives, and recommending Data management techniques (planning, identification, control, status accounting and audits); and 4) Overseeing the creation, review, and revisions of Technical Data Management.
