You will serve as a Administrative/Technical Specialist in the INTEGRATED ENGAGEMENT SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT for NAVSURFWARCENDLD.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14."
NT-04 Salary: $75,329 - $128,956
NT-05 Salary: $99,200 - $181,216
Duties
You will serve as the primary liaison between the E Department personnel and Code 1073 for all property management inspections, including FIAR and Operating Materials and Supplies inspections.
You will serve as a focal point for Property Management activities within E Department and serve as a primary interface with Code 107, NSLC, Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO), and other technical Department Property Management Leads.
You will coordinate with NSWCDD Code 107 leadership, Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC) and across E Department programs and projects to ensure all property management related requirements are being met.
You will be responsible for implementing policy and providing direction for general equipment, Fence to Fence, Pre Expended Bin, and Operating Materials and Supplies inventories.
You will communicate and interface Property Management policy changes to leadership within the Integrated Engagement Systems Department (E).
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coordinating or conducting property management functions for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: ensuring items are properly assigned to and removed from a property management system; conducting audits or inspections to verify accountability of property items; advising on property management policies or procedures.
For the NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing property management functions for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: ensuring items are properly assigned to and removed from a property management system; conducting audits or inspections to verify accountability of property items; advising on property management policies or procedures.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the NT-04: a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR
An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
