You will serve as a Senior Supply Systems Analyst in the Audit Support Division at NAVSUP HQ, SUP 01.

Duties

You will deal effectively with personnel across a broad spectrum of the supply chain, functioning as an intermediary coordinating between a variety of functional specialties. You will provide supply chain support to business process owners to ensure process, policy and procedural compliance at the various NWCF – SM Custodial locations. You will evaluate the current business processes and procedures and designs, develops, implements and maintains business processes to improve supply chain effectiveness. You will evaluate the impact of those changes in policy and/or technical improvements, extracting data, identifying and summarizing significant business trends and issues. You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and be responsible for analyzing the current supply chain environment. You will utilize analytic methodologies and products to recommend changes including system enhancements, metrics development reporting, and corrective actions designed to resolve enterprise-wide deficiencies.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least at least one year of specialized Supply System Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector evaluating current business processes and procedures and designing, developing, implementing and maintaining the business processes to improve supply chain effectiveness. I have experience utilizing analytic methodologies and products that apply data mining, statistical and other analytic techniques to recommend changes including system enhancements, metrics development reporting, and corrective actions designed to resolve enterprise wide deficiencies. I also have experience serving as a liaison to provide supply chain support to business process owner. Examples of specialize experience include: 1) Evaluating the impact of changes in policy, identifying and summarizing significant business trends and issues; 2) Providing analysis and technical advice in the implementation of recommended business processes and policy updates as well as the development of potential IT System requirements; and 3) Developing/presenting briefings to various levels of leadership for effective evaluation of business process recommendations and milestones.
