You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST (CONTRACTING OFFICER REPRESENTATIVE) in the PROCUREMENT CENTER OF EXCELLENCE within the PROGRAM EXECUTIVE OFFICE of PEO DIGITAL AND ENTERPRISE SERVICES.
Duties
You will provide support to SMIT Contracts Management Lead, and Contracts Specialist by providing daily oversight and management of contracts. * Perform
as a certifying official responsible for approving invoices
You will maintain contract files ensuring proper archival in central repositories and comply with the Program Office Data Management Program.
You will develop and maintain Quality Assurance Surveillance Records, Surveillance Checklists, Surveillance Schedules and records.
You will provide administrative guidance and policy interpretation for pre-invoicing/invoice processes.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band DP-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: monitoring and documenting contractor's performance in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions of the contract and agreed schedule.
