You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST on the staff of the COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC), OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE (N3) and reports to the FORCE PROTECTION PROGRAM DIRECTOR, N34 of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS.
Duties
You will develop strategic plans based on information from performing quantitative or qualitative analyses.
You will apply law, policies, regulations, principles, standards and procedures to management and program analysis activities (e.g., developing studies, metrics, methods, advising others).
You will prepare written reports from analysis of financial databases.
You will analyze deficiencies to develop resolutions to problem.
You will plan, organize, lead, and conduct programs for management reviews (e.g., assess effectiveness of systems, procedures, policies, and utilization of resources).

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS 12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Evaluate, monitor, and conduct on-site inspections and assessments to equip, develop, analyze, plan and coordinate Counter Small Unmanned Arial Systems (CsUAS) defense, in depth to protect equipment, personnel and physical property; 2) Provide CsUAS training and evaluation and provide evaluation results ensuring any identified deficiencies are reported for corrective action; and 3) Provide technical guidance and expertise on budgeting and financial management issues and/or activities.
