You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST of SURFCOMSYSTRNCMD AEGIS TRAREDCEN. Salary Range for GS-09 level: $68,405 - $88,926 Salary Range for GS-11 level: $82,764 - $107,590

Duties

You will formulate objectives and priorities and implements plans. You will develop and present findings, reports, or recommendations to supervisor. You will monitor progress and evaluates outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will demonstrate skill in using job-relevant information systems. You will apply knowledge of process improvement techniques. You will have experience interpreting requirements and applying programs. You will have experience using analytical techniques to improves processes and performance. You will have experience in developing plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulating objectives and priorities and implements plans; 2) Developing and presenting findings, reports, or recommendations to supervisor; 3) Monitoring progress and evaluating outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness; and 4) Demonstrating skill in using job-relevant information systems. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of process improvement techniques; 2) Having experience interpreting requirements and applying programs; 3) Applying analytical techniques to improves processes and performance; 4) Utilizing experience in developing plans and schedules, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables.
